The following is some information for those of you who wish to sign up for future classes.

  1. Each month from Jan - May there will be one or two 5 days sessions offered.
  2. Each day will consist of about 5 hours of education and one hour of individual riding time and lunch. We break for 1.5 hrs for lunch, please bring your own lunch or you may go into town for lunch.
  3. Each student will get to ride and work on their particular goals under Eitan’s personal direction. When not being schooled they can watch and learn from his work with the other classmates during that session. There will be plenty of time for discussion and clarification.
  4. If you wish to come during the early winter months keep in mind that it can be wet and cold, even in CA. We do not get snow as a rule, just rain. We have a covered round pen (heated) with seating area so we can work in bad weather. The arena is open so there may be times it is not useable do to weather conditions.
  5. We do have stalls for your horses. We ask that you bring well-mannered horses that are used to stalling. We will feed, water and clean the stall for you as well. We recommend that you keep your horse on the feed he is used to while he is here. We will give you a place to store it as well as your tack.
  6. We do not take dangerous horses with serious problems. Stallions are a consideration but must be very well mannered and safe.
  7. If you do not have a horse and wish to participate please check with us. Use of one of our horses is upon approval. A video of your riding skill may be requested unless you are a known rider to us.
  8. You will be asked to sign a release of liability before the start of the clinic.
  9. Helmets are now a requirement, not an options. This is for all riders at all levels.
  10. We ask that each rider have appropriate riding boots, no tennis shoes. Bring warm clothes and plan to “layer” If you have your own helmet bring it or we will provide one. We will need to know your helmet size to assure we have one that will fit you.
  11. We recommend three of the hotels near by, about 20 minutes from the ranch in Grass Valley. They are the Holiday Inn Express 530-477-1700, Holbrook 530-273-1353, Best Western 530-273-1393 and Sierra Mountain Inn  530-2738133.
  12. We are located between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe off of Hwy 80. If flying you will arrive at the Sacramento Airport. It is about an hour and a half to our ranch from there. We will send you directions if needed. Rental cars are available at the airport.
  13. The cost per session will be $1600 if you bring your own horse. It is $1900 if you use one of ours. A deposit of $500 is required to hold your spot. It is refundable only if we cancel for any reason. Balance is due at beginning of clinic. Check, Visa and Master Card are accepted.
  14. If you wish to “audit” the class the cost is $1000 for each 5 day session. Audits are allowed only if there is room or upon approval of other 4 participants.
  15. Classes will be offered the following Months and Days. These are subject to change. We may be able to change dates if need. Please ask. We will do the best we can to accommodate everyone’s needs.
  16. Student slots can not be held unless a $500 deposit is made to hold desired spot.
  17. Deposits are not refundable unless we cancel.
